Buyer Assistance: We maintain an extensive list of potential buyers and their representatives across Australia and use our resources to assist in finding buyers for your property. However, we do not guarantee that your property will be sold. Our role is to assist you to the best of our ability.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind once an appointment is booked and the property analysis process has begun.
- Refunds are available only if a fault in our service is identified, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Services: As our services involve digital products and consultations, refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered.
